I still have not ordered the part partly due to my laziness but i know there is oil in there because i just did an oil change and 6.5-7 quarts came out. so its definitely the sensor but i m surprised that after 2 months yours is bad again. i need to make time to go under there take out the sensor and see whats wrong...maybe its sludge etc somehow deteriorating the sensors ability to detect...or its leaking into the connection thus kinda shorting it out. either way i still need to order a new sensor. keep us posted I m really curious why after 2 months the new sensor failed or if its something else.
