Part 12 in the pic. I went to the local dealer yesterday and I checked the impedance.
It looks like I have two defective ones.
The measured impedance for a good sensor is around 4M. (pins 1-3)
I went home and measure again all three sensors. The two years old one showed 10M and surprisingly the one that showed 500 ohms the other day yesterday it did not have any impedance.

So, not sure if you can count on a multimeter to test your CPS but it it might be ok in cases when the impedance is way of 4M... at least a double check if your code reader reports a faulty CPS.
I will buy one today and try and report back.
