I think I am going to buy my car out the lease. The terms of the deal are :

1)$4,000 for CPO is that negotiable?
2) Dealer will waive last two remain lease payments ($750 each)
3) 36 month financing at 0.9%
4) Lease residual is $35,200 about full retail,deal says that is not negotiable?

The car is a 2008 535XIT with 36,000 miles.
