I looked at the Bridgestone ER30's and the 140 treadwear rating had me running far away form them. The price for the Dunlops are too expensive at $205 each as I would need to pay for shipping and installation after. New Michelin MXV4's are also too expensive at $250+ a pop. The current ones we have on still have around 10k miles left in them but are already older than 6 years so we're thinking of them as a hazard. We paid so little for the rims and tires that it isn't that big of a hit since we already put 2000 miles on them so far. There aren't many selections for summer tires at my size.
Do you guys think I should get the Continentals or the Vredesteins? Rough estimates put their installed prices around $850 (more than I'd like to pay already!).
