I also installed the ESS tune with the hand held tuner. I wanted to have the flexibility of swapping the factory tune in if it was necessary to take the truck to the dealer. I also installed the K&N filters and RPI exhaust. The X5 M will easily outrun my M6 with ESS tune and bolt ons.
