UPDATE: Found out that the car was purchased from Scottsdale, AZ BMW. Dealers looked up the Vin # and report shows no service was done on the car at all. Car has only 7300k miles on it so not even its first oil change yet.

SO i called back the Chrysler Dealership to start on negotiation. Told salesman the situation and how much i was looking to spend on a car. I thought $46,500 was a good starting point for negotiation. I knew they would not go for that, so ideally i was hoping to get the car for around $47,500. $48,500 is my max! Anyways, so i shoot him the offer, and he said "NO!" He basically said that there is no room for negotiation and $49995.00 is the final offer. I was expecting a counter offer, but no such thing happened. He says if they don't sell it to a customer, they're going to sell it to a BMW dealership. (I think that's a bunch of hogwash but whatevers!) At the end, i told the salesman "if you're willing to come down on the price, give me a call", and that was basically it.
I'm thinking about emailing the salesman another offer, or should i just wait to see if he calls back?
