I don't have any experience with SprintBooster and don't even know if they make one for the X5M, but I know all they really do is alter throttle maps for improved throttle response without adding power. Since power is so easy to add on this SUV, why not save your money and put it towards one of the chips that will add an easy 50-60 hp and improve throttle response at the same time? Besides, there is so much power even in stock form that increasing throttle response too much may make it tough to drive smoothly, so make sure you drive yours first and see if you find it lacking before making any changes.
