Welcome to the Forum, my mech uses. Fuchs Titan GT1 Proflex 5w/30 full synthetic (7 litres) thats all I've been running, good oil. Our Aus forum is sometimes better for diesels as the US didn't have them before 07 in the E70. Also I can help you with filters and parts so you don't get ripped off by our friends at BMW. Cheers.
