Second, EasyCare used to have a GREAT reputation- they were owned by Ford and generally paid well...then they were sold and taken private by an investment group...many have said 'wait and see what happens now'...your report is interesting if true, that the change to the financial backing and management impacts the front end.

I just didn't remember the specific name of the tier, that's all. I do remember what was covered and what wasn't. In other words, I guess I was implying, that my specific tier was not amazing but I can't remember if it was the best, worst or middle of the road offering.
I just remember it was a pain in the ass, and quite the lengthy process, to get warranty coverage. Then again, I despise OCBMW as well, so maybe it was just them being slackers.
