So, I just took it to a different dealer and they said that there is a service bulletin for the issue that says the door seals are the problem and they have a new door seal design. He ordered the new door seals for all four doors (even though only the front doors seem to be creaking) and the noise is gone. I would hear it any time I was driving slow and would go over any slightly uneven surface. I would especially notice in when turning into our driveway - which isn't very steep.
The bulletin is SIB 51 05 11.
