The ones i used were Textar, I did read somewhere that they are "similar" to BMW OE and they seem to be okay so far.

Also, i was advised (by a mechanic) to use original BMW sensor rather that generic and when I priced it up there was only a couple of £'s in it BMW Dealer Vs ECP

Finally, when replacing teh rear brakes you cannot just use the 7mm hex guides out to replace the pads you will need to remove the caliper bracket (search for a DIY theread and all will be explained). I am no DIY expert ut I was ble to replace the rear pads within 2 hours (start to finish).
