thanks for the responses, guys, but now I'm really confused

If it's for the PDC sensor, then I don't need to worry about it because I don't have PDC. (right?)
But if it's the air mass meter sensor connector, then it sounds important.

Also, I started getting the "service engine soon" light, so i think something is definitely wrong.

Would someone be so kind and post a picture of this thing plugged in?

Again, it's in the front right side (passenger side) of the vehicle.
