aimtimes, yes there is a screw under the hps badge. Get under the edge with something and pop the cover off to reveal a torx screw.
dpgx5, maybe pics to confirm what you are looking at in the front? Just to make sure you're at the right spot. (the drains are behind the fender liner, so it has to be taken loose) And yes you can gently and carefully blow in there with shop air, you just don't want to blow the connection apart at the sunroof cassette so be careful. I usually test by slowly pouring some water into the outer channels of the sunroof (glass open obviously) and watch the drains in the corners to see if they are draining properly or backing up.
