They replaced the rear NOX sensor and it was the FRONT NOX sensor that was faulty. They ordered part and replaced it and all has been great since yesterday. Huh, Shocker eh?

Looking at this from 50,000 feet...one might say they 'you shouldn't have to manage your own car repairs'...that BMW should do it through their network- but on the other hand, life is short, why deal with this passively? Tell them what you want, spend a bit of time making sure people are not Fing up, and at the end of the day maybe you have a bit of control over your own destiny.
