well my model year is 2001, but on the door sticker is made in june 2000,
so i have look at this guide
here,and the diagnostic port pin holes where not the same like mine, pin 19 and pin 7 , and i did not want to jum with the wire and do something else to my x5!,but i will compare it again to make sure i am right not being the same,anyway, then i remember that i had the bmw interface and reset my oil with that.
