Yeah, thats what I tried, but the engine only did about another 50 miles before eating itself. If you have done a fair few miles with the rattle then it might be the vanaos, but if you are doing them then you may as well do the chains, tensioners and guides at the same time. 22 hours is about right, and as you have to take the radiator off you will need regass and possibly to top up the auto box when you are done
