I would start by disconecting the said sensors and check the terminals to ensure they are clean. I suspect that when you reconnect the fault will clear, if not you can bridge the two terminals with a piece of wire, this should then clear the fault and therefore indicate the sensor you will need to replace.
But as JCL said did you replace your rear brakes?
