I crossed shopped quite a bit. Came down to X5, Cayenne S and X5 50i. All 3 have very different drives. I liked the Porsche but thought it was the least intriguing and had a very complex dash (so many buttons). The Porsche was also impossible to get exactly what I wanted. Their allocations are low so you pretty much get what they have on the lot (at least here in Orlando).

Personally, I liked the Range Rover Sport the best, but looking at a full picture (maintenance and overall cost of ownership included) I went with the X5.

If I had the money to do go for a Turbo Cayenne, my outcome would have been different.
