There is a different diagram for the sway bar links. They can make the crunch noise or click noise when going over bumps.

There are a few things you can check. Inspect the rubber boots around the ball joints for any tears or leaking grease.

Also raise the car and shake the wheel at 9 & 3 oclock and 12 and 6. Look for any clicking movement/ sounds. You can try to have a friend watch the joints while you do this and see if you can spot movement at the ball joints. It's not always going to be visible.

If the shop says it's a ball joint ask th to show it to you and demonstrate what they are seeing.
Thanks For Helping Me out!! I have been going crazy trying to get this fixed

It looks like I forgot to highlight 15 but I got it. I got the Sway Bar Bushings Diagram Attached Number 2 on the diagram.

The dealer is the absolutely worst, they said we have no idea and don't guarantee anything and heard the noise occasionally saying there is play with the ball joint and that is a place to START?? I really dislike this dealership.

I'm going to take your advice and I will check what you mentioned and see what I can find.
