OK, I think we have our wires crossed LOL, The shock mounting is not the issue, its the coil spring itself..................if I remove the air bag, does the coil spring just sit its in place with the top and bottom rubber caps? I read in this thread that you need the top "adapter" - do you know what this adapter is?
