The H&R adapters found
HERE adapt a larger 74mm series hub to a smaller 72.5mm. We only have them currently listed as perfect fitment on E39s on our site. But due to the shared hub size they should be the ones needed.
If someone needs to go the other way taking the 72.5mm to a 74mm hub then
