I would say , you stop firmly and accelerate little harder than me. My RPMs when I accelerate wont go more than "3" I think, maybe that is the reason

Pisendar – Based on your numbers given above we are getting a very close mileage. (346miles / 23.4gallons = 14.8 mpg) Then, I guess your 18 mpg estimate comes from the onboard computer.
