Our timeline of buying is summer of 2012 so I figure to go ahead and get the 2013 year model.

Besides, I really like those M performance options with the 21" wheels, M steering wheel, etc...
If these options are available on the 2012 year model sometime soon, then I'd definately consider getting a 2012 model.

It is going to be our family car, so my wife will drive it most of the time, but daddy gets to drive it too, you know, so the performance options are important!
