Well.. i dont know how long it has been sitting.. cuz... here is the deal.

You know when someone lease a car.. and cant afford it, and the bank comes and take the car from you? and then later they put that car in an action. (not crashed cars action, bank's repossessed cars action)

So, i have a relative that know ppl frm the inside and he check the car.. if its working (on real auction you cant even open the door) so he is taking a look at that x5, before the auction happens, so he then he get there knowing wich car to buy. but he cant actually figure out why its not workin.
