2005 X5 3.0 L. 60,000 miles.

The X5 rides rough. While it was in the maintenance plan, the dealer kept on saying that the tires did not have enough tread. Now that I've replaced the tires (and the maintenance plan period is over), it still rides rough and I feel the dealer will NOW find something.

Is there something I can look for and possible fix myself?
