Thanks for the replies...I do live in Nevada but in Lake Tahoe where we have a ton of snow and teperatures below zero. I was thinking of actually getting the straight six in the x that I might purchase because my friend has and X5 3.0i and its just soo smooth and BMW has made that engine for a long time so they have pretty much perfected it.
