Yes, the plastic anchors (the ones in the bag) were included with the front carpet kit.

I check the weather every night to see if I can still run on the 20s and postpone the installation of the winter tires and winter mats.
Since I was curious also to see the fitment, I installed one carpet on the driver side. It fits real well. On the pictures, I left the metal retainers (for summer carpets) installed. They don't interfere with the installation. If you prefer, for esthetic reasons to remove them, it's just one bolt each to remove them. In my case they are very visible since my seat is moved backward a lot (long legs), but in other cases, they may be less visible.
