For anyone bored enough to read this..."person 2" checkin' in. I've been on this forum long enough for members in the know to know who OP is referring to. Not sure if i'm surprised at the immaturity level of OP to start this thread, or my very own for even responding.

My responses to him were based on my experience identifying exactly what my different BMW's required for ipod/iphone connections/Dice/other brands. Instead...his rubbin' me in wrong ways continues...

I could've shown him how to simply identify what he needed or didn't, in less time than he's spent on his confusion. The quotes that are "missing" are of me throwing hints to him on how to identify what he needs to do. Person 2 never even bothered to consider those hints nor the very first step with anything electrical related (especially German)...

he never even bothered to look at the damn part to confirm pins/coax cable status.
