The best first step is to clean the surface of the sensors. If they are dirty they think there is something there. You are looking for the row of disks (the size of a one pound coin), on both the front and rear bumper.

If that doesn't make a difference, you can check the connections. Behind each sensor, if you can reach it, the cables clip in. It may be possible to find one loose, or in need of re-seating.

After that, take it to the dealer.
