You can only get a key at a dealer and with Comfort access it's around $350. I've see $300 for the key and anywhere from 50-100 to program the car for it.

My theory on the one-key on used cars is that people trade the car in, but leave the second key at home. Sales person isnt going to risk a deal on a $2-$400 key.
