Without knowing your codes, it is impossible to venture a guess as to what the real cause might have been....
Sorry I didn't have all the details when I started this thread. Here is what is causing the CEL:

4C52: Charge-air temperature sensor, plausibility. Ratio of calculated to measured air mass too high.
3FF0: Air-mass flow sensor. Charge-air temperature not plausible in rel. to remaining temperature signals.
4B82: Exhaust-gas recirculation-rate control, control deviation. Exhaust-gas recirculation rate too low/positive control deviation.


Dealer wants to replace the temp sensor and the EGR valve. However the EGR valve is not in stock and they have to ship it in from Germany. Also they said the MAF sensor might be bad. I'm not sure how two or three things could possibly go bad at the same time.
