The AEs -DO- splice in, so that they can operate with lock/unlock interior lights and the daytime running lights function, i.e., my AE's are DRL's. Not sure what AES is, sorry, but if you are pursuing AE facelift, don't forget the side markers and tail-lights - IMHO, it looks a little strange to have clears front and yellow/orange the rest of the way back, or the ghastly yellow bulbs showing through the clears.

Phr3d, thanks for the response.
I meant if I buy DEPO headlight from eas....
I guess I have to splice the wire (sort of speak) since I like the idea of AE to be on when park light/small-beam is on. My concern is it may throw code since that circuit is loaded with another bulb/LED now.
