Another day, another problem.

8 months old 2011 X5 35d. I saw a crack in the window rubber seal and asked the dealership to have it replaced...The car had other issues and this was just an add-on.

Well, the SA says it's not a crack and it was cut by the person who did the tint.

How does someone break the rubber on the outside - the tint was done on the inside.
