On vacation far from home and 3.0 is acting up. Drive it 200 miles yesterday and it ran flawless. Left it overnight and throughout the day. Start it up and notice I have a very rough idle, almost feels like it will stall. Go to drive it and it is very hesitant to accelerate and has trouble getting to 45 mph. Only dash light on is service engine soon. 75k miles. Anybody have any ideas what to check for. I have a long ride home. TIA.

Update: just got back in the car and everything is fine. Good idle good acceleration and no SES light. ????
