I bought from a dealer in L.A. and have the X5 serviced in San Diego. No issues or problems with the lack of continuity between seller and servicing dealer. I have nickel and dimed the servicing dealer on issues such as trim replacement and every little noises or concerns, they have been extremely helpful.
