Its either the screen (probably) or the CCC. Doubt it's both.

If its the screen ... That's a easy fix that requires no coding or programming. To replace the screen would take 10 minutes and you could do it yourself.

The CCC replacement is more complex. Replacing the CCC would take 20 minutes ish ... Then would need to be programmed / coded.

Have a look on eBay. Lots so used screens for 300 bucks.
