I wasn't supposed to have a car during freshman year at UVA, but I had one anyway, parked on the street
. And because Charlottesville, or everything in Virginia for that matter, is an hour away from anything else, it was real easy to rack up miles on the weekend when I went to Richmond or Lynchburg, 70mi/120km one way.
