I have a 2006 4.8is and I can't get to the xenon bulbs which I need to replace on both sides. What is the best way to change the bulbs?

Remove the bumper? Remove the headlights?(where are the screws? I obviously found the 2 on top, but where else?)

Any insight would be great. If you need pictures let me know.
