I have Eisenmann race exhaust on my 2010 BMW, but not on X5M. I bought from US distributor iND dist and they took 15 minutes and I was on my way. They packed the OEM exhaust in bubble wrap for me.

Eisenmann replaces stock exhaust. They will heat and remove old one and install new. I am sure there is welding.
