the M sport in the UK comes from factory (or poss fitted at VPC) with 3M clear film over bottom rear doors and arch (flares).
Salesman told me BMW have recently started doing this due to number of repaints under warranty due to stonechips, though 19" wheels tend to throw up less than 20"s (one of reasons i went for 19"s)
