Thanks, Palbay. They are definitely hiding something in the center bar. Probably a straight line LED rather than the individual ones like Audi or MB.
I have a quick comparo shot below for pre-LCI vs. LCI. The kidney grill frame on LCI X6 is definitely wider. The kidney slats are still 7, but thicker with an angle.
Area below kidney grill is black instead of silver. New headlights, etc.
