The PUMA case response was "it definitely needs a new transmission." while I didn't see any additional details in the response, the dealer said they can't share it, the SA said that the response included the following;

Excessive fill rate for clutch C. Shows internal wear in the clutch pack.

I'm pretty frustrated but think I am going to move forward with allowing the indy to replace the mechatronics. Does this seem foolish?
