I don't understand the question.
"maintenance" on a bmw is really simple:
a few oil changes
A few air and cabin filters
A bunch of 'check this and check that'
A few fluid changes.
All this will be maybe $700-800
The big ticket (if you use a dealer or dinan) will be brakes- and not every car needs brakes during the 'extension' to the maintnance plan.
Dinan is the same price as dealers. Both dinan and a dealer, you will have a low-skilled mechanic doing the work very quickly, with charges equal to their highest skilled tech.
You can shop around for the maintenance plan- or better yet, when you hit 45k miles, figure out if you will need a brake job in the next two years, and maybe pass on the plan, and find a shop to do brakes for an honest price.
