Imo, the ~10% isn't very good either, esp for cars/m'cycles that aren't used frequently...the proposed ~15% is even crummier. The car mfger's have slightly lined up 'against' the proposal, while at the same time saying they can/have redesigned their fuel and fuel delivery systems to accommodate the proposed increase.

Does not help if one has an 'older' car, and esp old m'cycles...
Gov't @ 'work', imo, and the ethanol 'injection' does little to nothing to really 'reduce' the oil consumption here in the US.
