I have a 2008 X5 e70 3.0d with adaptive drive and 3rd row seating. The X5 had gone to the BMW workshop for some other works and when i got it back the vehicle is tilting on the passenger side. The workshop says that the shock absorbers or the rear self leveling mechanism needs to be checked. The vehicles rides all right in city and on highways. So the shock ups are fine. Took it to the workshop again. They chkd again and did something (which they do not tell me about). The tilt was gone for a day and it is back to it's tilting ways again.
