Not here in the Denver metro area. Anything with the mileage and options this vehicle has was easily over $40K at the time. Even today I don't see as low mileage, well optioned 4.8 X5 for $35K. Anything less than $35K has 70K miles (one has 71K, the other 82K) and neither is as well optioned as this one. $37K will get you one with 58K miles and it is not as well optioned. Stepping up to $38K buys one with 46K miles but still not as well equipped. $39.5K gets one with 30K miles (2008 model), nicely optioned.
The retail price of my X5 was $42K, I'm sure with the changing of the new year that's gone down a little bit but it was an excellent deal...and still is.
