I think the problem is this:
"Centerbore - The wheel must, in most cases, fit the hub of the vehicle precisely, either as a direct fit or with the use of a centering ring. "-Tirerack.com The centerbore of the wheel is 1mm larger then the hub. The 1millimetres(0.0393 inches) difference is in diameter.

I can not use a centering ring because the difference is to small.
Oops!I assumed you wheels had the same centrebore as the X5!Bmw only use 2 centrebore sizes ,72.6 and 73.1mm.You wheels must be 72.6 which are
5mm short!Try to go to a lathe operator to do your centre rings .We have done it here before!Ensure that he uses aluminium material (compatible with wheel) and not steel.
