Look at the Dice media bridge. It's plug and play. Here's what I did. I purchased a used iPod off eBay for $30. Loaded it with music. The media bridge and iPod are in the compartment where the cd changer was. I ran the mic to the front via the headliner. I use my iPhone for hands free talking via Bluetooth to the media bridge and to listen to Sirius with the app. works awesome and if you already pay for Sirius it's about $30/yr to add it to your phone. the whole project took about 1 hr!
