You've never answered the question about the title....

If you search for the work 'lemon' under my user name you will find more than you need to know. BMW paid me ~$62k, then sold it in a private 'dealer only' auction for a ~$22-24k loss. Somebody then paid $47 to buy it with a branded title. Prolly a fine car for someone that will drive it into the ground (or ship it OUS... )

I still do not understand how diesels get to manhiem, given the brisk retail market. I suppose maybe they are traded to non-BMW dealers? I've got to think a BMW dealer could have CPOd that car and sold it for 52k. Instead of the (what?) 45 they cleared on your purchase

Finally, you know the Manheim return policy is very, very limited. Maybe you have a different arrangement with your selling dealer.
