Make sure you guys book at the Ritz at Pentagon City (we have 4 RC's here) and it's just about 10 miles from the RC Pentagon City to the meet location. The Ritz is also 2 miles from where we're going for dinner, with easy access to 395 (that's I-95 through Alexandria, Arlington and DC proper)so it'll be very convenient. It's also 1 Metro(subway) stop from National Airport, so you wouldn't even have to rent a car if you book there, making it about as cheap as the Hilton or Courtyard for anyone flying in.

$189 is a VERY GOOD price for that hotel, and there's not any stuffiness there. Just bring some $1's to throw a few tips here and there and you'll be all set. I'm a RC frequent guest and about the most anti-formal dude you'll ever know.
